The construction of a submarine using the FOBS (FullOutfittingBlockSystem) method is a complex project involving various technical, operational and strategic risks. This research aims to evaluate the risks associated with with the construction of module or section 20 in this submarine projectusing the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) Module 20 approach, which acts as one of the critical components in the submarine system, has a high risk potential that can affect the overall success of the project. Through identification of failure modes, analysis of impact (severity), causes failure (occurrence), and risk detection (detection), this research produces Risk Priority Number (RPN) is then carried out risk mapping, ranking The highest risk for each risk is then mitigated. Results analysis shows that the biggest risks come from technical factors, such as misreading of isometric drawings and alignment techniques, as well as a lack of quality control during the production process. Based on these results, risk mitigation recommendations are formulated to reduce potential impacts, including the implementation of stricter quality control and technical training for the staff. workers. This research makes a significant contribution to risk management submarine construction with a systematic approach, especially on the module 20, and can serve as a reference for similar projects in the future.
